Nowadays, the issue  of copyright appears on many means of media such as T.V programs, newspaper, radio…especially there are a lot of dispute involving in the thing whether copyright laws should be operated all over the  world or not. Actually, this problem is very hot because of different opinions that are both support and not. In my opinion, I totally agree with applying the copyright laws all over the world because if it is not done, As a result of that, the owners who create their intellectual properties are not protected, they lose their rights, benefits for their products, and that is really unequal with them. moreover, everything becomes worse and worse caused by not having copyright laws that they will lose their belief, motivation for creativeness that contributes to change the world for better. So it is necessary to use copyright laws all over the world. 

Infact, the context of copyright stealing is very popular on all aspects of life. Information technology, especially with software, music, literature is regarded as section showing up this a lot. In Viet name, copyright violation is so sensitive. Most of people are unknowledgeable of copyright. As a result, they are robbers of copyright.  It is very terrible because it can make upset the makers individual, organization…, and cause a lot of negative effects on the development of the society. Why did I say that? As you know, if copyright laws are not accomplished, it means that the makers of intellectual properties are not protected. They feel injustice when they have spent a lot of time, money and grey material, even blood to create their products to dedicate the society, but they gain unexpectedly, while other people who use their achievement to get a lot of success, or another are free to use without awaring of its owners.

Imagining that you are the owners of a very favourite song on the market, what do you think about a company, or organization copies and changes its words without your permission? It is very easy to predict your feeling of anger and fury, and at that time what will you do if your country do not exist copyright laws? For me, that is the main cause putting pressure on the development of creativeness because it does not encourage the people more and more creative. When the owners of intellectual properties feel unfair, and disappointed, they can lose their belief, soul, motivation for making new works. It really brings about big effects on the society, so it is extremely important to apply copyright laws all over the world.

 On contrary, there are many people who disapprove copyright laws are widespread all over the world because they think that if these laws are applied, the people who are mostly poor, and low income classes in the society will not be able to use freely. They must pay money for their use. Indeed, they are selfish because they are just for themselves. They do not think when copyright laws are applied, their country will develop, and their living standard will be significantly improved. Their life change better, they can escape from the poverty, and their children will have good condition to develop deeply better. Why did I say that the country is possible to progress by copyright laws operation? The reasons are that copyright laws gain a very number of finance in tax…the statistic show that the USA budget from tax in copyright section is fairly high, approximate 10%. That is one of all countries on the world should insert copyright laws into the real life.

Everyone always has their own wish in career. A person wishes to be a teacher, another does a doctor, engineer…for me, my dreamful occupation is a tour guide. But if I want to work as a good tour guide, it is very necessary for me to equip a lot of things, not only I must have a good qualification in tourism, but lots of skills and others such as communicative skill, analyzing and solving problems…besides some characters such as active, social,  humorousness  and sensitive….etc.

Initially, being a tour guide requires me have a good profession. I am excellent on the knowledge on tourism. I must understand specialties of the tourism and a tour guide. Besides I must get knowledge on many parts of the life and society such as culture, history, geography, economy….etc in many areas on the world because tourism combines with landscape, heritage, culture, developing policy…etc. good knowledge on many fields can help me a lot to work as a good tour guide. .if a tour guide is only good at profession, but not acknowledgeable on   many aspects, it is difficult to work well in tourism.

Secondly, besides possessing a good qualification, a tour guide need to equip some very useful skills such as communication , analyzing and solving situations. Communicative skill is very important for all jobs. Especially, it becomes extremely important because tour guide’s responsibility is to make a satification for the tourists who come from may places on over the world. Equipping a good communicative skill can help me easy to convey my words to the tourists, on other hand, they understand what I said faster. Another skill is also very important that is analyzing and solving problems. As you know, there are a lot of different situations happening in the tour. The cases such as tourists lost, get accident, or some situations involving in room services or food safety take place at the hotel, or restaurant require a tour guide know the way to deal with effectively. If I   equip this skill well, it can help me process the problems well, and bring about tourists satification.

Finally, some other elements can be also necessary for a tour guide such as active, sociality, friendliness, sensitiveness, humorousness….all of the tourists like talking with a tour guide who is active, social, friendly, sensitive, and especially humorous. Such a tour guide can make tourists impressive and fancy with the places they come. This make the trip become more successful.

 Good qualification, skills as communication, analyzing and solving problems, or active, sociality, humorousness…are very important factors_ are regarded as key factors all of tour guide must own if they want to get success.

Global citizen

In the age of globalization ,which is taken place on all parts of  the living, is considered as a primate incline to many countries in over the world, a term of “global citizen” is more and more popular in human society.but it is certainly that there are also a lot of people in many places of the world who are very vague about this term.so it is important to answer the question of what is the global citizen,what qualities and responsibilities for the global citizen,and how to being a global citizen.

It can assess that the process of globalization has born a human generation called as global citizen.they include in the kind of people who have ability to adapt very well with the tendency of globalization.most of them are not only fluent on their profession,but also on other aspects such as economy,culture,society…etc.moreover they live in a good educational environment,so they equip by themselves a lot of skills such as communicate, work in group,controversion ,discussion,and presentation front of crowd…ect.especilly they are sensitive to deal with situations in the life through their effective  personal solutions.it is more important that  their attitudes and  behaviors to the community are better.in the past when were not global citizen,they only lived for themselves and their family,but now  it is completely different.they know to take care and share more in issues and events of the community. on other hand,they exist not only for themselves,but also community.

The statements above introduce briefly about the definition of global citizen and some of its qualities. so what are  the global citizens responsible? maybe everyone has their own viewpoint of this, but in generally, all of them agree that the global citizens act on  purpose for  the better world. they will use their intelligence to help their country develop, bring a   advance civilization to all of people in  the society. they hand in hand struggle against inequality and injustice, and they also fight for the peace, healthy environment in the world…etc

So how to become a global citizen. initially, we have our equality in behavior to the people around.we should not evaluate other people through their appearance,bad condition of living, another reasons.we need to respect them as themselves.second we know to live for the community.we should take part in volunteer campaigns to contribute our helps to establish the better society,next,we need to have empathy to the difficult people.when they face bad thing or incident happens with them,we should not be avoidable to them.on the contrary,we show our empathy and share with them,and help them overcome it….

In  order to work as global citizens is not easy.we are young people in the modern society,we have to aware of our role and responsibility for the society.maybe we are not truly  citizen,but do live on the purpose of the global citizen to build up the world,society better.

                                                           HIGH INFLATION
There are a lot of difficulties or challenges students have to encounter in their life such as how to adapt very well in the students' life and learn well at the university or college, and what they need to prepare for their future careers etc...But perhaps the most challenge of theirs relates to financial aspect. It is right because they live far from their family; they are unable to make a earning by themselves for their living. In contrast, they are mostly dependent on their parents' support. Especially in the context of high inflation that is continued toward the bad tendency. so a question is put for them that what should they do to deal with? may be each of them will be in their mind with the own best way, but some solution that are effective such as making a plan for spending, work part-time job, or requiring for more account of money from family than before.

Why is said that making a plan is the best way for the students in the period of price-storming? Because by doing this, the students can use their money sufficiently without borrowing from anyone, and this contributes to reduce the pressure for their family as well. As we know, majority of the students' family are in farming (their parents are farmers) and they are one of the people must suffer very heavily the causes of the high inflation. In other word, they become the victims of the high inflation. Moreover, making a plan helps the students build up their good habits. This is not only very useful for their life, but their studying and working in the future. The other reason is very persuasive the students for making a plan are that they are partially administrators. Making a plan will form them the way to administrate something, especially money, and it is certainly that they will feel its benefits until the time they go for work. Making a plan is not synonym with their success in spending effectively. it is similar to thing that saying and acting go together. If it happens just one such as writing on the piece of paper the spending plan but not accomplish, it is sure that they will never gain the benefits from making a plan. So it is very important that they have to complete what are listed in the spending plan. To get reach a good result, do the students make a plan and try their best to finish it exact

The second solution is working a part-time job. As a matter of fact that there are many students choose this way to deal with their financial difficulties in the high inflation. it is possible for some students who are good at arranging their time properly. The strong nesses of par-time job are to help the students earn more money_ small or fair money_ to improve their life, less dependent on their family than before. Moreover, by the part-time job, they can gain such some very necessary skills as communication, problem solving, especially they are contacted with working environment outside their school. In generally, they will achieve good experience from the par-time job. But it is very limited, its weaknesses that part- time job take the students a lot of time, that causes serious results. As a result of spending less time learning, they receive their bad consequences such as reeducated, disciplined by their school, and more serious that they can be forbidden their learning etc...So be careful for thinking of that if the part-time job causes a lot of such bad effects, whether or not they will choose it.

Asking for more support from their parents is selected by many students. However, this method is just suitable for the students whose family is fair or wealthy. Almost their family understands their children's difficulties, and they try their best to make a good
